Realtor Referral Program

Reinbrecht Homes is pleased to offer qualified Realtors a referral fee of 3 percent of the final Purchase Agreement sales price on all qualified Realtor referral buyers.

To qualify for the Realtor Referral Program the Realtor (agent and/or broker), and buyers’ agent must comply with the following criteria:

  • You must be a licensed Indiana, Kentucky or Illinois Real Estate Agent and/or Broker.
  • You must accompany the buyer in person to the site or office on the first visit.
  • No registration will be allowed if the buyer has already visited with the builder previously.
  • In the case that the buyer is referred by two different Realtors, or real estate companies, we will designate the Realtor for payment that is named by the buyer at the time the purchase agreement is signed.
  • Split fees will not be paid.
  • Commissions are normally not paid on improvements added to the property by the buyer such as fencing, pools, landscaping, change orders, etc. after contract date. This consideration should be discussed when in doubt at the time that the purchase agreement is written. Commissions are not paid on lots or land purchased on behalf of the buyer.
  • Commissions earned will be paid at the time of the 1st construction draw, or at closing in the case of a spec home.
  • You must sign a Realtor Agreement with us that outlines the conditions of this program.
