General Laborer

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years work experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, practices, and tools used in construction trade.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform tasks involving physical labor at building, remodel, and commercial construction projects. Job tasks could include
general site clean-up, miscellaneous construction, and mowing.

Lead Carpenter

Position Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years work experience in carpentry.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, practices, and tools used in construction trade.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and lead a small team of two to three.
• Ability to lay out construction, remodeling and alteration work.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Sufficient strength and physical dexterity to perform duties and responsibilities of this job, including heavy work with exposure to inclement weather conditions for prolonged periods of time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform construction/repair/remodel work including: trim/finish carpentry, drywall hanging and finishing, general framing, and door and window installs.
• Lead a small team on various construction projects to include demolition and construction of all types.
• Detect needed repairs on buildings, grounds, and equipment by following established inspection procedures.
• Receive and complete work orders while maintaining accurate records on material and labor used.
• Maintain inventory of tools and assist with inventory control of materials and equipment.
