We have floor plans for everyone and for every lifestyle. Some of our most popular home plans are:

When it comes to choosing a building plan for your new home there are a few things to consider:

  • Your needs and wants in a home such as number of bedrooms, garage, etc.
  • Your current lifestyle and current home – what do you like and dislike, what features do you wish you had, etc.
  • Your land – the floor plan you decide to build may be dependent on your land
  • Your budget – choose a floor plan that meets your needs but stays within your budget
  • Your future – plan for the future in mind when choosing a floor plan. You may want extra bedrooms for future children or a single level plan for later in life.

Home blueprints, also referred to as floor plans, are mostly drawings with few words. Some common components symbolized on a blue print include: stairs, walls, furniture, doors, windows, and dimensions.

House plans come in 2D and 3D.

A 2D house plan is a traditional simple flat layout of the home. A 3D floor plan is more complex and offers an additional perspective for prospective homebuyers. It often includes furnishings and visuals of home features.

We include 3D interactive tours on several of our floor plans.

Choosing a new home floor plan is a big decision! Here are some common mistakes to avoid:

  • Not picking an appropriate floor plan size – make sure to consider furniture, budget, family size, maintenance, etc.
  • Not considering your lifestyle – do you need a home office, large kitchen because you cook alot, etc.
  • Not doing your research – research environmental issues, energy efficiency, utility bills, etc.
  • Choosing a floor plan that lacks storage space
  • Choosing a home plan without involving the entire family
  • Not considering the future
